However, not entering those details does not disqualify the Nominee. You may be asked to opt in to receive emails and choosing not to will not disqualify your entry or impact your chance of being selected. To the extent that Sponsor asks for non-personal information about the Applicant or Nominee that is qualitative or which cannot be used to identify an individual person, Sponsor reserves the right to aggregate that information and use it to evaluate the Program, report on the Program, provide feedback about the Program, and promote the Program. The email address and phone number supplied by the Applicant should be that of the Applicant. In addition to the foregoing terms, information about Sponsor’s data privacy and security policies can be found by visiting the Seattle Reign FC Privacy Policy located at https://www.reignfc.com/privacy-policy, and the NWSL Privacy Policy located at https://www.nwslsoccer.com/privacy-policy (both of which are incorporated herein by reference).

Upon applying Applicant grants to Sponsor, to the extent allowed by law, the right to use Nominee’s name, likeness, photograph, image or video in promotional content about the Program to be featured on Sponsor’s websites, if the Applicant and Applicant’s Nominee are selected as an Honoree. Applicant warrants that they have permission to provide this right and further, on behalf of Nominee and their heirs, and assigns hereby grants to Sponsor, their agents and others working on their behalf the right to use the Nominee’s name, likeness, voice, and any additional audio, video or photographs taken by the Sponsor or their affiliates or representatives during the Program for advertising and marketing purposes, including on the Program website, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law (“Personality Rights”). Failure to sign and return the winner declaration and release of Personality Rights will result in forfeit of all Honoree prizes and benefits as detailed in these Official Rules.

6.     CRITERIA AND JUDGING.

All nominations which are received during the Program Period and that are otherwise deemed eligible will be judged by a selection committee convened by Sponsor and Program Presenter at their sole and exclusive discretion. 8.     PRIZE CLAIM.

The Prize must be claimed by the Honoree by communicating to Sponsor via email, phone call, or other lines of communication their acceptance of the Prize. If any Honoree cannot be reached by the method of notification chosen by Sponsor, and does not respond to the notification within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to follow any terms or conditions of these Official Rules, the Sponsor may consider said Honoree to have forfeited the Prize and another Honoree may be selected. Claimed prizes will be awarded. As a condition of claiming the Prize, Honoree may be required to supply Honoree’s name, email, date of birth, mailing address, or other identification necessary to confirm Honoree’s identify and may be required to execute a Winner Declaration and Release, and, unless otherwise prohibited by law, a Release of Publicity.
