Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Seattle Reign FC Season Ticket Member / FIFA World Cup 2026™ Ticket Lottery Program (“Program”). By being a Seattle Reign FC full season ticket member (“Account Holder”), you are eligible to enter, but not automatically entered to win, the chance to purchase two tickets(“Tickets”)to one of the following matches (“Matches”):
. M16: Belgium v. Egypt
. Category 1: $500 per ticket + 2.5% payment processing
. Category 2: $400 per ticket + 2.5% payment processing
. M52: European Playoff A v. Qatar
. Category 2: $400 per ticket + 2.5% payment processing
. M82: Seattle Round of 32 (1G v. 3AEHIJ)
. Category 1: $515 per ticket + 2.5% payment processing
. Category 2: $430 per ticket + 2.5% payment processing
*PLEASE NOTE: Tickets will be assigned to Award Winners at random. Award Winners will not be able to choose which Match they receive tickets to.
By entering this Program you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and continue to be governed by the definitions, terms, rules, and restrictions contained in the FIFA TICKETS & HOSPITALITY policies, Seattle Reign FC Terms and Conditions, and subject to the FIFA Privacy Policy, Reign Privacy Policy, and NWSL Privacy Policy. Seattle Reign FC (“Administrator”) reserves the right to declare any Season Ticket Account Holder ineligible for the Program, terminate the Program, alter the Program, or make any other changes, modifications, or cancellations at any time without notice, in its sole discretion. Each Account Holder (as defined below) shall have the opportunity to request, but is not required to request, two tickets. Only two tickets may be requested.
2. Program Period. The Program will be open from March 25, 2026, to March 30, 2026, at 8:00 PM PT. (“Entry Period”). All Eligible Entries must be received during the Entry Period.
3. Program Eligibility. To be eligible for the Program (“Eligible Entrant”) you must (a) be the Primary Seattle Reign FC Season Ticket Member Account Holder of a full 2026 season ticket for one or more seats (“Account Holder”), (b) be an Account Holder with an active account in good standing as defined in the Seattle Reign FC Terms and Conditions, which includes being paid in full, (c) enter the official Program lottery by visiting 2026 World Cup Reign FC Member Lottery Form following the navigation therein, and providing all required information during the Entry Period, and (d) be selected at random from all such Eligible Entrants to receive the right to purchase Tickets (“Award Winner”). Pursuant to current Season Ticket Member terms and conditions, all Account Holders are required to have a valid email address and phone number on file with Reign FC. The email address provided by entrant for entry in the lottery must match the one on Account Holder’s account.
4. Selection. Award Winners will be chosen through a weighted lottery. Each Eligible Entrant shall receive a number of entries based on the number of seats held by the Account Holder (“Eligible Entries”). Administrator shall conduct one or more random draws on or after March 30, 2026, from all Eligible Entries received during the Entry Period to determine the Award Winners. Two Tickets to a Match shall be assigned to each Award Winner at random; Award Winners will not get to choose their Match. Award Winners will be notified by 1:00 PM PST on March 31, 2026, via the email address that is associated with the Account Holder’s account. “Notification” shall mean that the Administrator has sent an email to the email address on file for the Award Winner Account Holder (regardless of whether or not the email is actually received), acknowledging the Award Winner’s selection, confirming the processing of the credit card on file, and providing information on how tickets will be distributed.
5. Purchase Authorization. By entering the Program, Award Winner authorizes Administrator to immediately charge the credit card on file for the Tickets, plus 2.5% for payment processing (“Purchased Tickets”). NOTE: 2026 FIFA World Cup Tickets are priced between $400.00 and $515.00 USD per ticket. Purchased Tickets will be charged to the card on file on or after April 1, 2026. An Award Winner may stop payment on the Purchased Tickets up to three business days before the scheduled transfer of funds through contacting their financial institution. In the event that the credit card does not process, Administrator will contact an Award Winner through a “decline” message and give 24 hours to secure payment no later than 1:00 PM PST on April 2, 2026. No Tickets shall be guaranteed or distributed until payment is fully processed for all Tickets and confirmed by Administrator. Purchased Tickets shall not be refunded for any reason.
6. Additional Terms and Conditions. The following additional terms and conditions apply to the Program:
. Account Holder Conduct. Any Account Holder may be disqualified from participating in this Program and declared ineligible to receive an Award in the event that they fail to comply with the Seattle Reign FC Terms and Conditions, and/or engages in any of the following activities: (1) creates multiple accounts or uses different email addresses in order to mislead or misrepresent themself as the owner of any account, (2) submits any information to Administrator which misrepresents any fact or which is fraudulent personal information, and/or (3) engages in any conduct which is an attempt to defraud or circumvent the eligibility requirements for participation or which Administrator reasonably believes in its sole and exclusive discretion is undertaken in contravention of the in the Program.
. Changes, Cancellation. Administrator reserves the right at any time, without notice, to change the Program. Account Holder’s continuation in the Program after the posting of such modifications shall constitute Account Holders’ consent to such modifications. Administrator may suspend the Program at any time without notice. Administrator may cancel the Program at any time without notice. Upon cancellation, all Purchased Tickets will be honored and fulfilled in accordance with these terms. As of the date of cancellation, the Program will terminate and there shall be no opportunity for any Account Holder to submit an Eligible Entry or be an Award Winner.
. Compliance with FIFA Ticket Rules Award Winners acknowledge and agree that any Purchased Tickets are subject to FIFA ticketing policies and must be for their own, private, non-commercial use and may not be resold.
. Compliance with FTC Guidelines. If Account Holder chooses to promote this Program to the public, including through their own personal social network, they agree that they will comply with all laws and guidelines.
. No Relationship. Account Holder expressly agrees that they shall obtain no right, implied or otherwise, to act as an agent, contractor, or employee of Administrator.
. Trademarks. Account Holder shall obtain no right, title or interest to use or utilize Administrator’s materials, intellectual property, including trademarks and copyright in any way.
. Warranties. Administrator makes no warranty as to the eligibility of any Account Holder to participate in the Program and receive awards. By participating in the Program, Account Holder warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, will maintain an eligible account throughout participation in the Program and will conduct themself in accordance with all Terms and Conditions governing Season Ticket Holders and all Ticket Policies of Seattle Reign FC. Account Holder further warrants that their participation is voluntary and at their own risk. The Program is made available to Account Holder on an “As Is” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Administrator expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Account Holder further warrants that in the event Administrator so requires, that they will execute an affidavit of eligibility prior to receiving any Purchased Tickets, which shall be conditions precedent to Award Redemption. Failure to provide such affidavits, if requested, shall result in forfeiture of any Awards. An Award Winner with Purchased Tickets who is unable to attend for any reason shall not be refunded.
. Limitation of Liability/Governing Law/Arbitration. Each Account Holder by participating in the Program, hereby releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Administrator, Major League Soccer, LLC and Soccer United Marketing, LLC, FIFA, National Women’s Soccer League, those working on its behalf, and each of their respective officers, members, managers, directors, representatives, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively “Released Parties”), from any damage, loss or other liability, either at law or equity, whether known or unknown, asserted or non-asserted, that may arise from or in any way relate to participation in this Program or the awarding, acceptance, redemption, use or misuse of any Purchased Tickets. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Program shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Program shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the State of Washington. Any action or litigation concerning this Program shall take place exclusively via binding arbitration in King County, Washington, and each Account Holder expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue of such arbitration and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to the same. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM. ACCOUNT HOLDER HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ACCOUNT HOLDER WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED UPON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
Release of Liability. Released Parties are not responsible for, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, lost, damaged entries. Only those entries which occur during the Entry Period may be processed by Administrator. Released Parties are not responsible for any delay, loss, interruption or unavailability of the network, server, Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Program, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties occurring in connection with the administration of the Program, the processing of entries, confirmation of Awards provision of Purchased Tickets, or in any Program-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Account Holder’s or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Program or from use of the online interfaces, software or tools. Account Holders who tamper with, or abuse, any aspect of the Program or online interface, software or tools or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Account Holder or Administrator’s representatives or who are in violation of these Official Terms and Conditions, as solely determined by Administrator, will be disqualified any Awards forfeited. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Program is unlawful.
Additional Costs, Taxes and Fees. Account Holders who receive Purchased Tickets assume sole responsibility for all costs associated with that use of the Award, including ancillary or related costs and/or including without limitation, all federal, state, and local taxes incurred as a result of entering the Program or receiving Purchased Tickets.
