KIM WYANT

Kim Wyant was the first goalkeeper to record a win for the U.S. Women’s National Team, setting the tone for decades of excellence between the posts. A member of the 1985 inaugural squad, she was known for her composure, quick reflexes, and competitive drive.

Wyant went on to make history off the field as well, becoming one of the only women in the country to serve as head coach of an NCAA men’s soccer program at New York University. Her pioneering career continues to inspire players and coaches alike.
