Mobile Wallet is now available to all Reign FC Season Ticket Members in the Reign FC App!
This easy-to-use feature in our mobile app unlocks exclusive member discounts and perks all in one place, creating a seamless matchday experience at Lumen Field.
To get started, login to your profile on the Reign FC app. Then, connect your Ticketmaster account to your profile. Once those steps are completed, navigate to the “My Profile” section of the app, available at the top of the homepage or within the side navigation.
There, you will find your 2026 discount cards for concessions and merchandise within Lumen Field. Additionally, if you paid in full early for your 2026 membership as part of the early renewal offering, you will also have a separate card for pre-loaded concessions credit that can be used at all Reign FC matches at Lumen Field.
Additionally, Members can access other exclusive benefits through the “My Profile” section of the app, such as a 15% discount on Seattle Sounders FC tickets and partner offers like 11% Trupanion Pet Insurance.
Getting the Most Out of Mobile Wallet
Once you’re in the Mobile Wallet, confirm you see both your discount QR code for concessions and retails. When using your discount on matchday, let the Lumen Field employee know you want to apply your Season Ticket Member discount, then scan your items and your QR code when prompted. Your discount will be applied instantly.
To use your discount at all Amazon Just Walk Out locations, be sure to add a credit card to your account so any remaining balance after your discount can be charged automatically.
Underneath the QR code, there will be individual cards for each seat on the account. You can transfer these cards to everyone on your account, but each user will continue to hold the card until they manually transfer it back.
The primary account holder for each Season Membership will have separate discount cards for each seat on the account. You can then send cards to each seat holder on the account - just make sure to transfer the discount card to the email associated with their Reign FC and Ticketmaster profiles. If your seat mate is logged into their app profile and connected to their Ticketmaster account, they will be able to access the mobile wallet via the side navigation.
Note: If you see a QR code in the mobile wallet but do NOT see a discount card, the QR code will not work. Additionally, whoever you transfer a discount card to will retain it going forward unless you cancel the transfer at a later date.
