Seattle to Host Six FIFA Men’s World Cup 2026™ Matches, Ticket Options Available

FIFA Men’s World Cup 2026™ is coming to Seattle next summer.

Following the Official Draw in Washington D.C. on Friday, the groups for the tournament have been set. While official dates and matchups for three of the four group stage games will be unveiled tomorrow, we now know that the United States Men’s National Team will face Australia at Seattle Soccer Stadium (Lumen Field) on June 19.

On both the Men’s and Women’s side, the FIFA World Cup is the ultimate celebration of the sport, and the unbridled passion of local communities for the global game. The Seattle FIFA World Cup 26 Committee’s mission is to harness the energy of this competition to showcase the city’s vibrant culture and deliver a lasting legacy in the region.

Seattle will host four group stage games and two in the knockout rounds – one in the Round of 32 and one in the Round of 16. You can see the full slate below, with specific matchups confirmed on December 6.

  • Group G Match on June 15

  • United States Men’s National Team vs. Australia on June 19

  • Group B Match on June 24

  • Group G Match on June 26

  • Round of 32 on July 1

  • Round of 16 on July 6

Here are the two groups that will play matches in Seattle:

  • Group B: Canada, Switzerland, Qatar, Winner of Playoff A (Italy, Northern Ireland, Wales, Bosnia)

  • Group G: Belgium, Iran, Egypt, New Zealand
