Key Info Ahead of the Match:
1. LAST MEETING – Seattle and Bay FC last met in April and battled to a 1-1 draw at PayPal Park in San Jose. Bay FC scored the lone first half goal when Caroline Conti played a pass to Rachael Kundananji, whose ensuing shot pinged off both posts before hitting the back of the net.
The Reign brought a keen sense of urgency into the second half of the match, pulling level just five minutes in. Sam Meza lofted a perfect ball to the back post, where Jordyn Huitema was waiting. Huitema used her height to beat the defense and head the ball into the back and ultimately secure a point on the road for Seattle.

2. SCOUTING BAY FC – Bay FC currently sits in 13th place in the NWSL standings, with 19 points on the season. Bay FC scored first, after breaking through Portland’s defense and into the attacking third of the field in the 36th minute. Karlie Lema did well to hold up the ball in the box, before Taylor Huff’s left-footed strike to the left post save Bay the lead on the road. However, Portland found two goals after halftime in the 51st and 69th minutes to complete their comeback win.
