Match Recap: Seattle Reign FC Wins Preseason Friendly Against UW

In an exciting friendly matchup, Seattle Reign FC defeated the University of Washington Huskies by a score of 2-1. The Reign opened the scoring in the 34th minute, courtesy of veteran midfielder Jess Fishlock. The Huskies found an equalizer before the first half ended, but the Reign scored the game winner in the second half when forward Bethany Balcer stepped up to the penalty spot and found the back of the net in the 80th minute.
