Laura Harvey has named 14 different starting lineups through the club’s first 15 matches of the 2026 season.
Today’s XI features two changes from last week’s match against Gotham FC, with Claudia Dickey and Sofia Huerta returning to the lineup in place of Cassie Miller and Emily Mason.
Dickey has recorded four clean sheets against San Diego across all competitions, including the regular season, NWSL Playoffs and Challenge Cup - the most by any goalkeeper in the all-time series. The USWNT goalkeeper holds club records in saves (203), shutouts (16), goalkeeper appearances and starts (61) and minutes played (5,460).
At the midway mark of the season, Phoebe McClernon is the only Reign FC player to have started all 15 matches.
After missing last week’s match with a leg injury, Huerta returns to the starting XI and will wear the captain's armband for the ninth time this season.
Six of Seattle's 10 goal scorers this season are in today's starting lineup. Entering today's match, Reign FC is tied with three other clubs for the most players with at least one goal in 2026.
Sam Meza enters today's match tied for the league lead in tackles (54). The midfielder led the NWSL in tackles (106) during the 2025 regular season and ranked second in tackles won (64).
Reign FC's roster features six California natives, the most of any state represented on the club's 2026 roster. Three of those players, defender Jordyn Bugg and forwards Mia Fishel and Maddie Mercado, who both scored in last week's match, are San Diego natives returning to play in their hometown.
