Today’s starting XI is a new combination of players this season. Since the start of the 2026 campaign, Laura Harvey has listed 18 unique starting lineups across all 23 matches. Reign FC’s lineup features two changes from Sunday’s 1-0 win over San Diego Wave FC: Cassie Miller for Claudia Dickey, who is unavailable due to a head injury, and Nerilia Mondesir for Mia Fishel.
Seattle defeated Bay FC 3-2 earlier this season on August 1 at PayPal Park in a thrilling comeback victory. Today’s match features eight players who started in that road victory.
Reign FC has 15 of its 25 active rostered players with at least one goal contribution this season, including nine players featured in today’s starting XI.
With today’s start, Angharad James-Turner has reached 50 NWSL regular season appearances with Seattle. She becomes the 27th player in club history to reach the milestone.
Phoebe McClernon is the only Reign FC player to start all 23 matches this season, while Maddie Mercado is the only other player on the team set to make her 23rd appearance of the year (21 starts).
Sam Meza continues to rank among the league’s best in tackles and tackles won this season. The third-year midfielder currently ranks third in both tackles (78) and tackles won (50).
Nerilia Mondesir makes her ninth start of the season and first since August 19, when Reign FC fell 2-1 on the road against Racing Louisville FC. Last week, Mondesir became the first Haitian-born player to reach 50 NWSL regular season appearances.
