Starting XI: Seattle Reign FC at Portland Thorns FC

Seattle Reign FC Head Coach Laura Harvey fields her 14th unique lineup of the season as Reign FC takes on Portland Thorns FC at Providence Park. Tune in to the match at 1:00 p.m. PT on CBS. 

 

 

Lineup Notes: 

  • Harvey has made two changes to the lineup from the Reign’s 2-0 win over Angel City – midfielder Jess Fishlock starts in the midfield and forward Jordyn Huitema slots in up top, while defender Phoebe McClernon and midfielder Ji So-Yun do not appear in the lineup. 

  • Fishlock, who notched the game-winner against Angel City and forced an additional own goal in the match, wears the captain’s armband for the match. 

  • Goalkeeper Claudia Dickey and defender Jordyn Bugg earn their 15th consecutive start of the regular season. 

  • Rookie Maddie Dahlien, who scored the Reign’s game-winner against Portland earlier this season, once again appears in the lineup.
