Stacey Enos

Stacey Enos was one of the first University of North Carolina players to join the U.S. Women’s National Team, helping establish the program’s standard of excellence. A three-time NCAA champion and 1985 NSCAA Second-Team All-American, she played a vital role in the inaugural USWNT’s midfield.

Enos has continued to shape the women’s game as co-owner and head coach of Asheville City SC’s women’s team, inspiring new generations of players.

“The game gave me a great life. It taught me how to build relationships, how to lead, how to show up. It gave me meaning and purpose,” she says.
