The team has earned two consecutive wins, against the Houston Dash and most recently NJ/NY Gotham FC. The match was scoreless until the 56th minute, when Flint found the game winner. After receiving the ball from defender Savannah DeMelo outside the box, Flint took the space in front of her, earning the win for Louisville.
3. ON LEVEL GROUND – Seattle Reign and Racing Louisville have played to a draw in six of the eight all-time NWSL meetings. The 75-percent draw rate is the highest of any matchup in league history. In addition, defenders Jordyn Bugg and Phoebe McClernon remain stalwarts in the Reign’s backline, starting every match of the season and making a combined eight clearances to hold Houston to just three total shots in the match last weekend.
