Seattle Reign FC to host Watch Party for match against Angel City on Wednesday

After a three-match homestand that saw Reign FC pick up nine points, the team hits the road to take on Angel City FC in a midweek match up on Wednesday, September 16. Though the team will be down in Southern California, fans are invited to get together and watch the match from Madrona Arms as part of Reign FC’s Reign Together program.

The Watch Party begins at 6:30 p.m. PT and the match kicks off at 7:00 p.m. PT. Fans can expect to mingle and watch the match in a fun atmosphere, in addition to some Reign themed games and a chance to win team autographed items!

This fixture is crucial for the Reign as the NWSL standings remain incredibly close. The Reign are currently in eighth place in the table, but notably are the highest ranked team with just 23 matches under their belts. The teams occupying first through seventh place have all played 24 matches this season. Angel City sits right below the Reign in ninth place. Seattle has earned 37 points this season, while Angel City has earned 33.
