Shining a light on mental health, together.
As a not-for-profit health care organization, MultiCare is deeply committed to providing essential health and wellness services to the communities we serve. Our mission — partnering for healing and a healthy future — reflects a dedication that goes far beyond medicine. It drives us to collaborate with families, neighborhoods and like-minded organizations that are working to create a healthier, stronger region for everyone.
That’s why MultiCare has teamed up with Seattle Reign FC to create a new video series on mental health, featuring professionals from MultiCare and Reign FC players in powerful conversations about mental health. Through this video series, we’re opening the door to dialogue and understanding. Together, we can change the narrative around mental health and foster healing in our communities.
Watch the video series below:
EPISODE 1: SAM MEZA AND DR. JEFF EISEN
In the first episode of the series, Reign FC midfielder Sam Meza and President and CMO at MultiCare Dr. Jeff Eisen discuss the pressures of being a professional athlete and how to navigate unpredictable or challenging times.
